Who we are

LaneSprint (lanesprint.com) is a private truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. This policy covers this website and the forms on it. It does not cover the websites of partners we link to; they have their own policies.

What we collect

When you apply for dispatch

• Your name, mobile phone number, email and best time to call.
• Your equipment, number of trucks, whether the truck needs a CDL, and your home base or preferred lanes.
• Your authority status, MC or DOT number and how long you've had your authority.
• Anything you choose to write in the notes box.

When you ask for a factoring quote

• Your name, phone and email, your MC or DOT number, number of trucks, monthly invoice volume, whether you factor today and with whom, and what matters most to you.

When you send a message through the contact page

• Your name, how to reach you and your message.

Automatically

• The page you started on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which pages help people.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and IP address, used for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.
• Privacy-friendly, aggregate page statistics from our analytics provider.

What we don't collect

We never ask for bank logins, card numbers, Social Security numbers or FMCSA account passwords on this site. Numbers you enter in our calculators, quizzes and tools stay in your browser. They aren't sent to us, and we can't see them.

Why we use it

• To call, text or email you about the dispatch service or factoring quote you asked about.
• To work out which fee tier applies and to prepare for the first call.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We contact you by phone, text and email only if you check the consent box on a form. Consent is never a condition of service, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

• Our factoring partner, RTS Financial, only when you submit a factoring quote request, so they can prepare your quote. Dispatch applications are not shared with them.
• Service providers that run the site for us: our email delivery provider (which sends the form notifications and your confirmation email), our hosting and security providers (which protect the site and block bots), and our analytics provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with trucking companies, schools or recruiters.

Cookies and browser storage

• A first-party cookie that remembers campaign tags from the link you arrived on, for up to 30 days.
• Browser session storage that saves your form answers as you go, so a refresh doesn't erase them. It clears when you submit or close the tab.
• A security check from our bot-protection provider on form pages.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details for as long as we're talking with you about the service, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you become a dispatch customer, records tied to your loads are kept as long as business and tax rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Use the unsubscribe instructions in any email, or tell us by reply.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you through our contact page. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them.

Security

Forms are sent over encrypted connections, and access to lead data is limited to the people who need it to call you back. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive documents through the website forms.

Children

This site is for adults running trucking businesses and people exploring trucking careers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
