These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the dispatch agreement. If you become a dispatch customer, you'll get a separate written agreement before your first load, and that agreement governs the service.
Using the site
By using lanesprint.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You may read, share and link to our pages for personal and business use. Please don't copy our guides, tools or graphics wholesale, scrape the site, or try to break, overload or misuse our forms.
What we are, and what we are not
LaneSprint is a private truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets with their own authority. We are not a trucking company, freight broker, CDL school, recruiter, staffing agency, medical examiner, insurance company or government agency. We don't hire, place, recruit or train drivers, and nothing on this site is a job offer.
Guides, calculators and quizzes are general information
- Our career guides explain rules and pay using public sources, with dates. Rules change and states add their own. Always confirm with the official source we link, your state DMV, or a qualified professional before you act.
- Nothing here is legal, tax, medical, financial or career advice. Medical questions belong with a certified medical examiner; legal and tax questions with a licensed professional.
- Calculators and quizzes give estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown. Practice quizzes are not official tests and passing one doesn't mean you'll pass the real exam.
- Examples labeled EXAMPLE or hypothetical are made up to show how something works. They aren't real carriers, loads or results.
No guarantees of loads or income
We don't promise any number of loads, any rate, any weekly gross or any income, on this site or anywhere else. Freight markets change, and results depend on your equipment, lanes, authority, costs and choices. Fees described on this site are our current published fees; the dispatch agreement you sign is what applies to you.
Forms and communication
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is yours and accurate. If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that box. Consent isn't required to use our services, and you can withdraw it at any time. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
Partner links
Some links go to partners, including our factoring partner and other services described on our disclosure page. We may be paid when you sign up through them. Their products, prices and terms are theirs, and we aren't responsible for their websites or services. Read their terms before you buy.
Names and trademarks
Company names, load boards and government agencies mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them is for information only and doesn't mean they endorse us or that we have a relationship with them, unless our disclosure page says so.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, LaneSprint isn't liable for losses that come from using or relying on the site, its guides or its tools, or from websites we link to. Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
